In his participation, Haddad mentioned that there were “example and leadership” in the government of São Paulo to avoid SEFAZ-SP (Secretariat of Finance and Planning of the State of São Paulo).
“A scandal of this magnitude, something failed to cross data, an exempt investigation,” he said, in reference to the investigation that points out that the tax auditor, supervisor at Sefaz-SP, manipulated administrative processes of the Secretariat to release tax credits for payment of bribes.
As soon as the minister quoted the failure at Dado’s cross, a guest turned to his colleague by his side and said, loud enough to hear: “Wagner Rosario let two frauds and were awarded for it.”
Rosario was the name chosen by the governor to the court. The former minister of being criticized by members of the Lula government for not investigating any of the scandals that are now emerging, both the billionaire scheme of manipulating ICMS credits in Sao Paulo.
