The minister of the (Supreme Federal Court) gave a lecture to legal professionals in downtown São Paulo on Thursday (21) and avoided talking to the press after the magnitsky law and counter () and allies. In his speech, he said that “thank God we still have” elections in the country.

Moraes walked through the Centro Velho boardwalk accompanied by his wife, lawyer Viviane Barci de Moraes, members of Idasan (Institute of Brazilian Administrative Law) and security.

Moraes posed for photos with lawyers, was applauded and said, after the insistence of the journalists present, that he would not serve the press.

According to Sheet Published, the minister had a blocked flag credit card. In return, the financial institution of which he is a client offered Moraes a Card of the Brazilian Flag Elo.

The punishment is due to the application of the magnitsky law against the minister, by decision of the government, ally of the Bolsonaro clan, which accuses Moraes of disrespect for human rights and classifies the trial of the former president as a “witch hunt”.
