An accident occurred in the early hours of Saturday (23) left motorcyclist José Mesquita Inácio, 30, in serious condition, after he collided with a dog while driving along Ceará Avenue, near Skatepark, in the Dom Giocondo neighborhood of Rio Branco.

According to witnesses, Jose was driving a red Yamaha motorcycle, red, and license plate QLW-3C41, in the center-centered direction, when the animal suddenly crossed the road. Unable to divert, the driver hit the dog, lost control of the vehicle and hit the curb.
With the fall, the motorcyclist suffered multiple abrasions and a severe cranioencephalic trauma. The Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) was triggered, initially sending a basic support team. After the first calls, it was necessary to reinforce an advanced support ambulance. José was intubated, stabilized and sent in serious condition to the Rio Branco Emergency Room.

Police from the Traffic Battalion were at the scene to organize traffic and register the occurrence.
