The senator (PL-RJ) said that his mother and the senator’s grandparents were held hostage during a robbery at the family home in Resende, southern Rio de Janeiro, on Sunday (24). Rogéria Nantes, former president’s ex-wife, was approached at the entrance of the residence and kept under threat with her parents for about an hour and a half. She is also the mother of the federal deputy (PL-SP) and the councilman of Rio de Janeiro (PL-RJ).
According to, the criminals rolled the property, made threats and asked about money that was allegedly sent by the Bolsonaro family. As they found no values in kind, they took rings and fled with the senator’s grandfather’s car.
