The City Hall has created a marketplace to “export” to other municipal management some of its main brands, such as O Legal, from digital permits and space permissions for space for street vendors.

The initiative is piloted by Prodam, a technology company of the municipality, and will be officially launched at the 67th Congress of the Paulista Association of Municipalities, which takes place between 26 and 28 August in the Free Market Arena Pacaembu.

The idea helps to popularize some of the brands of the mayor of São Paulo, (), a possible candidate for the state government in 2026.

According to the municipal company, Prodam Store, the platform’s official name, brings together technological solutions and artificial intelligence projects aimed at the modernization of public administration.

“Prodam Store is more than a marketplace of solutions: it is a strategic channel for accelerating digital transformation in Brazilian cities, with intelligence, efficiency and focus on citizens,” he says

At the event, a company booth will offer city products to interested municipalities. The value of contracts will depend on the size of the city and the acquired services.

Prodam also has operational agreements with big techs such as Google and Microsoft and can resell licenses to other municipalities, without bidding, which speeds up the operation. Another possibility is to offer consulting services.
