On the last days of the holidays I am happy to make a grill. This chicken is a must

The last days of vacation is the perfect time for grilling – when if not now? My favorite grilled meal is a juicy chickenbut I could not prepare it for a long time. Fortunately, this recipe changed everything, now I reach for it at every opportunity.

  • 2 double chicken breast fillets,
  • 4 long, thin slices of smoked bacon,
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • juice from ½ lemon,
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano,
  • 1 teaspoon of basil,
  • 1 teaspoon of curry (powder),
  • salt, pepper (to taste),
  • vegetable oil (optional).

Divide the chicken breast fillets into 4 single. Clean from membranes and cartilage.

Mix the oil in a bowl, garlic, lemon juice, herbs and curry squeezed through Prague. Season the marinade to taste with salt and pepper.

Put in a chicken bowl and thoroughly coat in marinade. Wrap the bowl with cling film and put for at least a few hours (preferably at night) in the fridge.

Wrap marinated meat with slices of bacon. You can additionally fasten the fillets with toothpick so that the bacon does not develop during grilling.

Put the fillets on a hot grill and bake for a few minutes on each side. While grilling, grease the meat on the top (using a silicone brush) with the rest of the marinade or grilled chicken oil with your favorite dip and vegetable salad.
