A festival promoted by the Tarauacá City Hall turned to a source of concern and criticism as this Saturday, on the Tarauacá River Beach: among the most serious episodes found by the Contilnet report, they were apology for crime in the public and the presence of visibly drunk children.
The party, widely publicized as a “2025 Beach Festival”, also called informally as “Lual”, with diverse cultural programming for all ages, such as regional shows and local identity celebrations.
However, the careful image created by the City Hall was shaken by worrying scenes: videos obtained by the report show an individual apologizing to crime in the middle of the public, a behavior that, besides being reprehensible, can configure illegality and, even more alarming, children consuming alcohol, some visibly intoxicated.
The use of glass bottles on site, without proper inspection, increased the risk of serious injuries in case of riot, and there was no effective control over the entry of armed people, according to reports.
