Acre will be contemplated with the construction of 100 housing units in 2025, through the mode of Minha Casa, Minha Vida – Entities. The notice that regulates the selection of proposals was published in extra edition of the Official Gazette of Friday (22).

The initiative provides for the execution of projects in urban areas with resources from the Social Development Fund (FDS). Unlike other modalities of the program, participation is exclusive to non -profit entities nationally qualified, not being focused on state or municipal governments.
Organizations may submit proposals to Caixa Econômica Federal in the following modalities: land acquisition and project elaboration; production of new units; acquisition of real estate for requalification; in addition to the elaboration and execution of projects of requalified units.
The publication is aligned with SPU/MGI Ordinance No. 7,037, of August 22, 2025, which provides for the Union Property Allocation criteria for social interest housing purposes. The standard establishes that the Union Heritage Superintendence (SPU) may make properties available for the execution of housing programs linked to Minha Casa, Minha Vida, expanding the offer of housing in partnership with the qualified entities.
