Measures included in the Code include a prohibition of clandestine branches and parties, fines of up to R $ 50,000 and sealing of used facade, seizure of sound equipment at illegal parties, monitoring municipal schools with joint tutelary council and project implementation to rescue young people with cultural and sports activities.
According to the councilman, the project is not contrary to the legitimate culture of the periphery, but its appropriation for trafficking.
