The 7-Ruby and 10-Turquoise trains operate at reduced speed due to technical problems, on the morning of Monday (25/8), according to the Paulista Metropolitan Train Company ().
According to the company, the trains are circulating with longer stops between the Luz and Palmeiras-Barra Funda stations. At dawn, a maintenance vehicle that worked in the Luz region showed a fault in the trick – rail equipment that drives and stabilizes the vehicle – in the last wagon.
“For the performance of the CPTM technical team, as an operational strategy, the 7-Rubi trains go to Palmeiras-Barra Funda Station and those of Line 10-Turquesa to Light Station. Line 11-Coral will continue to Palmeiras-Barra Funda. apologies to passengers for the inconvenience caused.

The operation of service 710 comes to an end next Thursday (28/8), as provided for in CPTM planning. From this date, the 7-Ruby and 10-Turquoise lines will have as terminal the Palmeiras-Barra Funda station, in the west of the capital.
The station will undergo changes and will be a central point of track transport in São Paulo. From this Monday (25/8), CPTM begins the assisted operation of line 11-Coral, which connected Alto Tietê and the East Zone to Palmeiras-Barra Funda Station on Saturdays, will now connect the passengers of the line to the west of São Paulo every day of the week. The service will operate from 8h to 15h30 and from 20h to 0h.
