Borsao is one of the main wineries in Aragon, located in Borja fieldwhere the Garnacha ink variety predominates in the steep slopes of Moncayo, known for its deer winds; In rocky and abrupt soils, the vineyards enjoy a cold climate in winter and very hot in summer, and this thermal jump is responsible for its vibrant aromas and flavors.
Among this sea of Garnacha, Borsao has a unique vineyard of the white variety Viognierwould originate from the French Rhone Valley, which has adapted very well in the region.
