The Startup of Artificial Intelligence Xai, by billionaire Elon Musk, sued Apple (BDR:) and OpenAi, creator of ChatgPT, in a federal court on Monday (25). The businessman claims that companies “conspired” to prevent competition and maintain a monopoly in the smartphone market and general artificial intelligence.
The measure comes after Musk threatens to process Apple in early August. At the time, he said in an X post that “Apple is behaving in a way that makes it impossible for any AI company other than OpenAi to reach first place in the App Store.”
