San Francisco/Cupertino-Tech billionaire Elon Musk drags Apple and the Chatgpt-Finder Openai on court because his own AI chatbot Grok is supposedly disadvantaged. Musk’s Ki company Xai claims in the lawsuit submitted in Texas that iPhone group hinders other chatbots to give Chatgpt an advantage. Apple replied after Musk’s first action two weeks ago that the group’s app store was designed in order to be fair and not to benefit from anyone.
