The plans of two 17 -year -olds, high school students, were frustrated after the college coordinated that they planned to do one in a public school in the Federal District. As soon as the pedagogical direction discovered the Minor Plan, the Federal District Civil Police (PCDF) was called and began to investigate the case.
The duo propagated hate speeches against women, blacks and gays, as well as apologizing through a website created by themselves. In addition to using the platform to share macabre plans, young people used the Tiktok app to boost videos with marketing to increase site range. Some accounts were even banned by the social network precisely precisely by the hate speech.

Between the end of 2024 and June 2025, the young people recorded and published about 10 tapes narrating all preparations for the massacre, scheduled for September 20. The pair named the date as “Zero Day.” The files were erased two months ago last June.
A young woman who lives in Argentina began to have contact with the duo through a community that shared content about “True Crimes”, where people share cases of real crimes. Because he did not have Portuguese as the native language, the young woman did not understand the severity of Brazilians’ lines.
The Argentine teenager started to understand the Brazilian language after a while and, upon reviewing the videos, began to understand the severity of what was spoken by both. After becoming aware, the girl was able to download the criminal material before the pair erases the site, as well as all evidence in documents. She sent to people close to the young people.
Manufacture of weapons and explosives
In filming, students appear handling their home weapons manufactured and describe the plans of opening fire against colleagues at the school where they studied. Still in the same video, the boy details the plans for the acquisition of weapons in a clandestine way. “We want to buy weapons in the black market, but we don’t know how to get into this environment yet.”
In the same video, the two continue to display handcrafted weapons and reaffirm the desire for killing. “I just need weaponry, because then I’m just going to kill ‘good’. Who invades knife school, is imbecile,” the two young people say.
O Metropolis He had access to various videos and conversations that show young people manufacturing home weapons and explosives to kill, especially black people and women. The face, voice and identity of the minors were preserved in respect of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA).

Nazism apology
In one of the recorded content, both appear sending messages to schoolmates, where they offend people who allegedly committed bullying against them “perhaps what happens is your fault. We are the revolutionaries, we are the Nazis ‘shovel’,” one of them categorically states.
The duo made numerous mentions to Nazi symbols and, on one ribbons, one of the teenagers draws a swastika with the loose dust on a guitar. By showing the symbol, they begin to greet Nazi leaders “Heil, Hitler! Death to the Jews”, shouted. On another occasion, they designed a black sun, in reference to the neo -Nazi movement, in a public square.
At one point, young people appear laughing after showing an Adolf Hitler caricature drawn in a notebook. In an audio obtained by the report, the teenager speaks of Spanish and says he is the son of the former Nazi dictator.

One of the recorded videos show young people burning a small bag with colors of the LGBTQIAPN+movement flag. A weapon improvised by them, a kind of flame spear, is used and the pair vibrates after being able to fire the object. “See? That’s what we’re going to do with you. They will chase another, their misfortunes,” says one of them as he sent a message to the movement.
Threats and aggression
In a conversation, one of them narrates that they threw stone in the house of a girl who would be ex-girlfriend of one of the members. On the other day, he says he was almost arrested for threatening his schoolmates with a cutting -edge scissors and when placing gun ammunition inside another student’s backpack.
In several prints and videos, the pair appears by speaking pejoratively against women, calling them “sluts” and “fat”, as well as other nasty nicknames. The exposed material always shows young people speaking aggressively and letting out curses randomly.
The intentions of minors and suspicious attitudes have come to know some people after being exposed in some Instagram accounts. The case would have reached the school where the teenagers studied and also to their parents, who would have opted for the psychiatric treatment of young people.
When writing a comment on the blog maintained by the duo, a user was offended by one of the site owners who used transphobic terms and threatened him. “If I see you on the street, I beat you all over and I walk on your skull with my boot and spit on your skull, your shit traveco,” he threatened.

Investigation
The State Secretariat of Education of the Federal District (SEEDF) reported that the teaching coordination of the administrative region where the school is located, upon learning of the case, immediately adopted all appropriate measures. Also according to the portfolio, the management teams of the college referred the case to the Civil Police, who already investigates the case and continues to follow the issue closely.
“CRE continues to follow the case closely and called the Student Health Support Board (Diase), which will provide assistance to the students involved and support the affected schools. The folder reaffirms its commitment to safety, well-being and the full monitoring of all students, adopting all necessary measures for clarification and resolution of the situation,” the secretary said in a statement.

Similar case
In May this year, U by the Federal District Civil Police (PCDF) suspected of planning an attack on a public school in the DF. At the time, the young man was arrested by agents of the Division of Prevention and Combating Violent Extremism (DPCEV).
According to the investigations, the young man even wrote a letter detailing plans of “killing an indefinite number of people” in the school he studies.
