The Minister of Gilmar Mendes, said that “there is no room for games” regarding the ineligibility of theemphasizing that the decision of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) has already become final. During an event in São Paulo, It also defended the STF’s performance in the maintenance of democracy and the legitimacy of the Court to judge the former president.
