Jeldean Alves had been performing for 12 years at the Padre Anchieta Foundation, responsible for TV Cultura. The agency has a contract with the City Council to operationalize and produce the institutional contents of the House. The journalist held the position of editor-in-chief of Rede Câmara.
In addition to moral damages, Alves also included other labor issues in the action open at the 72nd Labor Court of São Paulo, such as salary differences arising from unqualified readjustments and provided for collective labor conventions, overtime payment and allowances.
“I worked hard on the Câmara Rede, believed in the project and was very proud of what I was doing. These were years when I dedicated myself to the fullest and did much more than it was paid. And in the end, I was treated this way. So I just hope the justice will be done and I go back to work in peace,” the journalist told the journalist to Metropolis.
In Instagram’s personal account, the former employee usually publishes photos and videos in which she appears only under his underwear or swim trunks, with “sexy” gestures. There is no content with explicit nudity. He was fired in May this year after a request for dismissal signed by the mayor, Ricardo Teixeira, after a complaint made by Janaína.

In a statement, the São Paulo City Council said it has not yet been summoned and therefore has no information on the subject.
To the report, Councilwoman Janaína Paschoal said she was not aware of the inquiry. “Due to the delicacy of the matter, I will speak to the competent authority, when notified,” he said.

What happened
In April, the Board of Directors of the City Council created the Editorial Board of Rede Câmara, composed of councilors, representatives of the communication of the Chamber and the Board of Rede Câmara, as well as the presidency of the House. The goal is to give guidelines and assist teams in the production of content.
The board is chaired by Janaína Paschoal. During a group meeting held on July 24,
“Obviously I will not say names, I will not expose people. But I need to ask those employees in the activity here in the house to be cautious about their personal life. We all have our freedom, our life, but I can’t have someone on a public TV, for example, striptease on the networks, or showing off.” Ah, but it’s on the private channel. “
“Incompatible”
The councilwoman, who is a jurist and professor at the USP Faculty of Law, also said that the conduct “is not a crime”, but incompatible with those who work on a public TV. Janaína Paschoal made a “warning” so that other professionals from Rede Câmara do not make “improper” publications in personal profiles.
“Being an adult person, who is not acting on children’s networks, is not a crime. But it is an incompatible behavior. So, I want to let it warned before. If this eventually happens, I will have to ask TV Cultura to remove the person here. And if it is an employee, there will be a finding.
Alves, who was communicated on the resignation in April, says he did not know the reason for the dismissal until the councilwoman commented on the situation at the meeting.
He says he was working normally when he received a document with the resignation by the chamber of the House. The letter was on the interested part the Council of Janaína Paschoal.
“She created this editorial board and made this request. It did not imagine well what it might have been, but as she exposed this at the meeting, some people called my name and ended up exposing me. Now, joining the points, I believe it was a moral matter. said Alves.
What do those involved say
- To the Metropolis, Janaína stated that she did not directly request the resignation of the employee to TV Cultura, but reported the case to the presidency of the House.
- “It was a specific case, isolated, and has already been solved. I can not say anything beyond that. I just thought it was important to register, so that it was not repeated. I was not a House employee. It was just services here and was removed from the house,” said the councilwoman.
- Asked if the House may request the dismissal of a employee for posting such content on personal and private profiles on the social network, the presidency of the House said that, as a contractor, the House may “ask the Father Anchieta Foundation to replace any professional at any time, according to their criteria”.
- In a statement, at the time, the Padre Anchieta Foundation stated that the employee was turned off in May during the previous management of the institution’s board, “by restructuring the staff”. Foundation’s management changed on June 13.
