Hugo denies the “retaliation” of the Chamber to guide the break from the PEC of the armor

The president of the Chamber of Deputies, Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB), denied on Wednesday (27) that the decision to guide the so-called PEC of prerogatives is a form of “retaliation” of the National Congress.
