Venezuela president Nicolás Maduro reacted to increasing tensions with the United States after mobilizing US troops in the Caribbean. In a speech broadcast on state TV on Monday (25), he questioned how Washington would react if he was in a similar situation.
According to Maduro, it would be unthinkable for a US political or social leader to ask the intervention of foreign powers against his own country.
