Majority takeover of ProSiebenSat.1 by Berlusconi family is imminent

Milan/Unterföhring/Vienna-The Berlusconi family is about to take over the majority at the German television group ProSiebenSat.1, to which ProSiebenSat.1puls4 (Puls 4, ATV, ATV 2, PULS 24) belongs in Austria. The Czech financial investor PPF wants to sell its share of almost 15.7 percent of the ProSiebenSat.1 shares to the Berlusconi Society Media for Europe (MFE), PPF announced on Wednesday evening.
