“The monitoring carried out by the Federal District Penal Police teams should avoid improper exposure, refraining from any indiscretion, including media, without adopting intrusive measures of the defendant’s home sphere or disturbing neighborhood; whether or not the use of uniform and respective armaments needed to execute the order is used,” says Moraes.
The former president has been under house arrest since August 4 and only left the place on the 16th to perform.
