Princess Diana ate every day before she became fashionable. Breakfast for a perfect figure and healthy intestines

What do crowned heads eat? This topic intrigues lovers of court themes. You can imagine that people with the best chefs and all the products they dream of starting the day starting richly – definitely abundantly, and maybe even with a glass of champagne. Well, this is not necessarily the case. To keep a beautiful figure and appearance, the princesses and aristocrats focus on more nutritious suggestions.

It is difficult in history to get a greater icon when it comes to appearance and style than the wife of the eldest British son of Queen Elizabeth. Princess Diana was admired by people around the world – her unique presence and extraordinary charisma made her called the queen of human hearts.

However, to look special, Lady Di, as she was called, had to make considerable reason when it comes to the issue of nutrition. Healthy nutrition and physical activity were extremely important to her, which is why there is no case here. She knew what to eat so that the beginning of the day was filling and full of nutritious values.

What did Princess Diana eat for breakfast? Former royal chef Darren McGrady, who for 15 years took care of nutrition in the British royal family, revealed that Diana would love directly night porridge. Although today they are very popular, several dozen years ago hardly anyone heard about them, so this is another proof that Diana was overtaking her era. Interestingly, the duchess tried such a breakfast in Switzerland for the first time, and when she returned from her, she told the chef that she wanted to eat night porridge regularly from now on, and preferably every day.

What specific night porridge did Lady Di like the most? Darren McGrady revealed the recipe, although of course it can be freely modified, especially when it comes to fruit.
