Recipe for homemade apple cider vinegar
You will need to prepare apple cider vinegar:
- 1kg of very ripe apples,
- 1 liter of water,
- 3 tablespoons of honey,
- 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Boil the water in a pot and set aside to cool. Add honey and sugar to it and mix thoroughly. Next, peel the apples from the skin and remove all underweight fragments. Hollow nests and tails. Cut the apples into quarters, put in a jar, and then pour water with sugar and honey with a solution. Cover the jar with a linen cloth and wrap with a rubber band. Set aside in a warm and dark place. Mix everything thoroughly for the first week twice a day. After this time, set aside the mixture for 4 weeks. Apple cider vinegar will be ready for use after about 5 weeks.
