EU chairman ensures that the community bloc “will not be intimidated”
The president of the European Council, António Costa, reported that Russian missiles hit the European Union (EU) delegation in Kiev this Thursday in Ukraine.
António Costa condemned Russia’s “deliberate” action in a “night of deadly attacks” with Russian missiles to be launched against Civil and Personnel of the EU delegation in Kiev, Ukraine.
“I am horrified with another night of deadly attacks with Russian missiles against Ukraine. My thoughts are with the Ukrainian victims and also with the EU delegation staff in Ukraine, whose building was damaged in this deliberate attack from Russia,” wrote António Costa, in a publication on social network X.
In the message, the leader of the institution that brings together the heads of government and state of the EU warned that the Union “will not be intimidated.”
“Russia’s aggression only reinforces our determination to support Ukraine and its people,” said António Costa.
Horrified by yet another night of deadly Russian missile attacks on Ukraine.

At least 10 people including a child were killed at dawn in Kiev, following Russian attacks with missiles and drones, said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
All mortal victims are civilians.
There are at least 45 injuries – a number that can increase as people are found under the rubble, while the rescue efforts are continued.
