Forbes released on Thursday the list of Brazilian billionaires of 2025, which brings together 300 names with equity over $ 1 billion. Among them, Eduardo Saverin maintains the lead for the second year in a row, while Vicky Safra remains as the only woman in the top 10.
This year’s edition also recorded 31 debutants, who won the status of billionaire for the first time, and showed that more than half of the names had an increase in assets, although 20.6% registered fall.
1 – Eduardo Saverin
For the second year in a row, Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin leads the list of the richest Brazilians. The businessman, born in São Paulo and based in Singapore, accumulates an estimated equity of $ 227 billion, almost $ 100 billion more than the second place, Vicky Sarfati crop and family, with $ 120.5 billion.

2 – Vicky Sarfati crop and family
In second place appears Vicky Sarfati Safra and family, with equity of R $ 120.5 billion, 9.4% higher than in 2024. Widow of banker Joseph Safra, who died in December 2020, Vicky inherited half of the fortune and maintains relevant participation in family business, alongside children Jacob, Esther, Alberto and David. She also leads Vicky and Joseph crop Philanthropic Foundation, which supports initiatives in health, education and arts. The family continues to control the Banco Safra, consolidating its presence in the financial sector.
3 – Jorge Paulo Lemann
With equity of R $ 88 billion, despite a slight retraction of 4.2%. At 85, the entrepreneur follows as a controlling shareholder of AB Inbev, a giant brewer, as well as maintaining participation in the restaurant Brands International, owner of the networks Burger King and Tim Hortons, and other global investments. The group also includes São Carlos Empreendimentos, in partnership with Marcel Herrmann Telles and Carlos Alberto Sicupira. In May 2025, 3G Capital, an investment group of which Lemann is a partner, acquired Skechers for about $ 9.4 billion, his first major business in three years.
4 – André Santos Esteves
In fourth position is André Santos Esteves, with $ 51 billion, a significant increase of 56% compared to last year. Main shareholder of BTG Pactual, Esteves saw the bank register a recorded net profit record of R $ 13.4 billion in 12 months until June 2025, driven by the appreciation of shares by 40.6%. 5 – Fernando Roberto Moreira Salles
Fernando Roberto Moreira Salles with equity of R $ 40.2 billion, 4.5% higher than in 2024. Firstborn of banker Walther Moreira Salles, Fernando is a shareholder of Itaú Unibanco through the company E. Johnston of Participações and also participates in mining company CBMM, world leader in niobium production. In 2022, he bought part of the participation of the Walther Júnior and João brothers, with 50% of EJ’s capital, which has about 33% of Itaú’s shares.
6 – Carlos Alberto da Veiga Sicupira
Just behind is Carlos Alberto da Veiga Sicupira, with equity of R $ 39.1 billion, which retreated 20.8% compared to 2024. AB Inbev partner and 3G Capital, Sicupira faced a challenging period, marked by the American crisis in 2023, but managed to maintain much of the heritage thanks to participation in the beer conglomerate. After selling his participation in Kraft Heinz, 3G Capital remained discreet until Skechers purchased in early 2025.
7 – Pedro Moreira Salles
The seventh place is occupied by Pedro Moreira Salles, with R $ 38 billion, an increase of 5.1%. Third son of Walther Moreira Salles, Pedro is co-president of the Itaú Unibanco Council and, like the brothers, has a participation in the E. Johnston of Participações. 8 – Miguel Gellert Warns
Miguel Gellert Krigsner, founder of O Boticário, with equity of R $ 34.2 billion, a growth of 19.2%. Born in La Paz, Bolivia, he moved with his family to Curitiba at age 11. Graduated in Pharmacy and Biochemistry, Krigsner founded in 1977 the manipulation pharmacy that would become O Boticário, a pioneer in cosmetic franchises in the country. Currently, the network controls brands such as Eudora, who said, Berenice?, Beauty Box, Vult and OUI in 2025, the company received credit of R $ 1 billion from BNDES to finance expansion.
9 – Alexandre Behring da Costa
The ninth place is Alexandre Behring da Costa, with R $ 31 billion, falling 11.1% compared to 2024. Electronic Engineer and Private Equity specialist, Behring was a partner of Modus Osi Technologies and after GP Investimentos, even commanding Latin America Logistics in 1998. Currently, he is part of the advice of the Swimming Brands International, owner of Burger King and Tim Hortons, owner of the networks, And it is an important figure in 3G capital.
10 – Jorge Neval Moll Filho
Finally, the tenth place belongs to Jorge Neval Moll Filho, with equity of R $ 30.4 billion, significant growth of 119.1%. Training cardiologist, Moll founded the D’Or Network in 1977, today the largest hospital group in Brazil, with 69 own hospitals and 53 cancer clinics. The company opened capital at B3 in 2020, moving R $ 11.3 billion. Jorge Moll continues as the main shareholder and chairman of the council, with his wife and five children also participating in the capital. In 2025, rumors of a possible partnership between Rede D’Or and the Fleury Diagnostic Medicine Network.
