Government alerts for fraudulent messages that simulate judicial notifications

The Ministry of Justice issued an alert on the circulation of fraudulent messages that simulate court notifications of the courts. These messages are not official and are attempts at fraud.

The Ministry of Justice warned, on Wednesday, all citizens and interveners in legal proceedings to circulate fraudulent messages, who simulate judicial notifications attributed to the courts.

The warning is valid for all citizens and for law enforcement proceedings, whether parties, mandates, witnesses or others, said the in a statement.

“These messages do not originate from the official systems of the Ministry of Justice and must be considered attempts to fraud,” he can be read.
