Brazil has five names on the list of billionaires in the technology sector, according to Forbes Brasil magazine. The list is led by Eduardo Saverin, co -founder of Facebook, whose fortune reached R $ 227 billion in 2025, a jump of 45.5%.
Daniel de Freitas, who created, alongside American Noam Shazeer, his former Google colleague, the smart chatbot Character.ai, comes next, with a fortune of $ 5.8 billion. The Appp allows users to talk to their idols, even those already deceased and are successful among young people.
Following are Laércio José de Lucena Cosentino, Chairman of the Board of Directors and the largest individual shareholder of TOTVS; José Roberto Nogueira, founder and CEO of the Brisanet Group; and Ernesto Mário Haberkorn, who holds the second largest shareholding at Totvs.

Totvs is one of the pioneers in Brazil to develop and deploy management software. Brisanet is the largest independent internet and fiber optic provider in Brazil, serving the states of Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, Pernambuco and Alagoas.
The five billionaires are the same on last year’s list. Together, they have equity of $ 237.8 billion, but most lost positions in the national ranking of billionaires in the American magazine.

The exceptions were Eduardo Saverin, who kept the most rich person in the country, and Laércio José de Lucena Cosentino, who climbed the list, with his $ 2.1 billion.
In all, the list of Brazilian billionaires of 2025 has 240 men – who together accumulate a equity of $ 1.68 trillion – and 60 women – with a total of $ 343.7 billion. Vicky Safra is the only female representative in the top 10.
