The Workers Party (PT) responded to the statement of Liberal Party President Valdemar Costa Neto that the guerrilla “Che Guevara had a charisma like Bolsonaro”. In a publication on Wednesday, 27, on Instagram, the PT simulates a dialogue between an Argentine supporter, who was one of the leaders of the Cuban revolution, and a follower of the former president. “Mine fought dictatorships,” says the first. “Mine misses her,” says the second in the PT version.
In the caption, the party continued the guerrilla’s defense: “On the one hand, the struggle for freedom, equality, the people. On the other, nostalgia for authoritarianism, torture (alluding to Bolsonaro). There is no way to compare!”

The comparison between Che and Bolsonaro made by the PL president was intended to mention the allegiance of the former president’s voters. “The bolsonaro vote transfer force is unbelievable. His voter is faithful. And these things (lawsuits against Bolsonaro in court) are causing him to become a Che Guevara,” Valdemar said in an interview with GloboNews After participating in a debate in the Brazil 2025 sphere.
Valdemar also added: “Che Guevara had a charisma like Bolsonaro’s. And he’s remembered to this day. So much so that Fidel, while he didn’t put him out of Cuba, didn’t settle down. From now 30, 40, the way they’re doing things with Bolsonaro, you’re going to have boys, people with Bolsonaro’s shirt.” The t -shirts appeared in the PT post that mocked the speech of the PL leader.
