After meeting in TCU (Federal Court of Auditors), this Wednesday (27), the Auction of the Tunnel Immerso Santos-Guarujá was kept for the day September 5th.
Confirmation of the date occurred at the minister’s meeting Bruno Dantas with representatives of the Federal Government, the State of São Paulo and the APS (Santos Port Authority).
Dantas, rapporteur of the tunnel process in the TCU, had charged clarification and pointed out the need for adjustments in the modeling of the project delegation agreement.

The report indicated weaknesses in the risk matrix, without considering the specificities of a tunnel with unprecedented technology in the country, fragility in interfederative governance, indefinition about the ownership of assets at the end of the concession and uncertainties about the legal instrument that disciplines the transfer of federal funds in PPP (Public-Private Partnership).
According to a statement issued by the TCU, Dantas assured that “the preventive performance of the TCU will not result in any change in the auction schedule” and “nor changes in the announcement already published”.
With this, while providing adjustments, the parts keep the auction for Friday next week. The delivery of proposals is scheduled for Monday (1st). Four days later, the event itself occurs.
