The defense of (PL) informed (Supreme Federal Court) that 9 lawyers must accompany the trial session of the former president and 7 other defendants of core 1 of the coup attempt from next 3rd (2.Set.2025).
The group will consist of lawyers Celso Villardi, Paulo Cunha Bueno, Daniel Tesser, main advocates of the former president, as well as other lawyers and trainees of the 3 offices in favor of Bolsonaro.
The trial will be made by the 1st Panel of the Court, composed by the Rapporteur of the Criminal Action, Alexandre de Moraes, and the ministers Flávio Dino, Cristiano Zanin, Cármen Lúcia and Luiz Fux.
Bolsonaro and his allies are responsible for the crimes of armed criminal organization, attempted violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law, coup, damage qualified by violence and serious threat and deterioration of listed heritage.
In case of conviction, penalties may exceed 30 years in prison.

- Lieutenant Colonel Mauro Cid, former Jair Bolsonaro orders.
