“According to preliminary data widely released by the national press, the investigation revealed that the criminal organization called the First Command of the Capital (CCP) would have moved, between 2020 and 2024, approximately $ 52 billion,” says the request submitted by the deputy.
The petista leader added that “this scenario reveals an alarming data: organized crime no longer acts on the fringes of the economic system; on the contrary, it infiltrates in a structured and strategic manner in the country’s productive, financial and service sector, with the potential to distort markets, fraud competition, capture public resources, manipulate prices and corrupt state structures.”
Lindbergh intends to start collecting signatures this Friday (29). For the CPI to be created, the support of 171 deputies is required.
