New Tesla Model y Performance arrives in Portugal in September with more powerful promises, greater autonomy and many news, such as the most advanced and sports version of the electric SUV.
Tesla prepares to reinforce its presence in the national market with the arrival of the new Model Y Performancewhich parks in the country as early as September. Produced in the Berlin-Brandenburg Gigafactory, the new Tesla Model y Performance begins to be delivered in Europe as early as September. In Portugal, the price was fixed in 61.990 euros.
The launch comes a few months after the global update of the Model Y range and presents itself as the more advanced and sports version Electric SUV, with design, technology and performance improvements.
On the outside, Model Y Performance brings news as new, front and rear panels, designed to optimize high -speed stability, 21 -inch Arachnid 2.0 forged rims, red brake tweezers and carbon fiber spoiler. The bodywork also receives bright black finishes and courtesy lighting with the performance logo.
Inside, the front seats now have electric extensors to support the legs, the pedals are aluminum and there are carbon fiber inserts on the panel and doors. The great protagonist of the interior is the 16 -inch tactile center screenwith thinner margins and better resolution, which replaces the system of 15.4 inches of the remaining variants.

From the mechanical point of view, Tesla Model y Performance offers 460 horses of power, accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 250 km/h.
The advertised autonomy reaches the 580 kilometers (WLTP cycle)supported by a battery with greater energy density that ensures more capacity without weight gain. Average consumption is located in 16,2 kwh/100 km.
Chassis was redesigned to accompany the addition of power. It has new springs, stabilizer bars and bushings. The big news is the adaptive suspension developed internally by Tesla, capable of adjusting the vehicle behavior in real time to road conditions and driving style. The system is configured through the center screen: allows the driver to customize suspension, traction and stability according to their preferences.
