When I ate my aunt for the first time, I immediately asked for a recipe. I knew that Beautiful Zośka It will be a hit of every event. Her appearance is intriguing, and the taste is even better. This dessert disappears in a flash, until the last crumb.
Cake:
- 200 g cukru,
- 150 g of wheat flour,
- 6 eggs in size L or XL,
- 50 g of powder cocoa,
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- 1 pinch of salt.
Cream:
- 250 g of butter,
- 150 g of powdered sugar,
- 150 g of dark chocolate 60%,
- 150 g of hazelnuts,
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder,
- 2 tablespoons of rum,
- 2 tablespoons of cream 36%.
Syrup:
- 150 ml of water,
- 50 ml rum,
- 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Icing:
- 200 g of dark chocolate 60%,
- 100 ml of cream 36%,
- 2 tablespoons of butter.
Prepare the cake.
Separate the protein from the yolks. Beat the proteins with a pinch of salt to a stiff foam, gradually adding powdered sugar.
Add one egg yolk, stirring well after each of them.
In a separate bowl, mix the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder. Gently add dry ingredients to wet, in batches, stirring well after each of them.
Put the form with dimensions of 30×40 cm with baking paper. Pour the mass into it and put in the oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius. Bake the dough for 25-35 minutes or to a dry stick. Remove them, cool and divide them into 3 tops.
Alternatively, you can divide the mass between 3 forms and bake them independently, shortening baking time to about 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the cream.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and set aside to cool.
Grate the butter with powdered sugar until a light, fluffy mass. Gradually add dissolved chocolate, mixing at low speed.
Grind nuts in a blender or use already ground. Add them together with cocoa, rum and cream to the mass. Blend the whole to obtain a consistency of a uniform cream.
Prepare the syrup, heating all the ingredients in the pot for completely dissolved.
Prepare the topping.
Place the chopped chocolate in a pot and pour it with hot cream. Leave for 5 minutes and mix, then add pieces of butter.
Mix everything and set aside to cool.
Fold the dough.
Soak the dough tops well with syrup.
Put the cake with chocolate-nut cream so that the cream is also at the very top. Put the whole in the fridge until the topping is reached.
Pour the top of the dough with the topping and level it. Set aside for 5 minutes, and then paint the artistic essays with its remains.
Put the beautiful Zośka in the fridge for at least 3 hours and serve.
