Their delicate taste is perfectly combined with cheese, which gives the dish a creamy consistency and intensity. It also contains calcium, building our bone system. It retains the taste and nutritional value, and is additionally suitable for freezing. This is an ideal proposition for people who want to eat healthy but do not have time for long cooking.
The recipe for baked broccoli with cheese and beans requires prior toe. Thanks to this, we pull the taste out of it, maintaining crunchy.
Ingredients (on 4-6 portions):
- 3 cups of broccoli roses;
- 1 can of white beans (approx. 400 g), drained and rinsed;
- 6 eggs;
- 1 cup of grated cheese (e.g. fontina or mozzarella);
- ⅔ glass of grated Parmesan cheese;
- half a glass of milk mixed with cream (or ordinary milk);
- 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh rosemary (or ½ teaspoon dried);
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix broccoli roses with oil, salt lightly and bake for about 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk and cream, add grated Parmesan cheese, half of the yellow cheese, rosemary and spices.
Add broccoli and beans to the mass, mix gently and transfer to a greased heat -resistant dish.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and put in the oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the casser is brushed and browned.
Leave 10 minutes before serving – then it is easier to cut and retains the perfect consistency.
