OCX is integrated by China, India, Russia, Pakistan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrguistan, Tajiquistan, Uzbekistan and Belarus, with 16 other affiliated countries as observers or “dialogue partners”. The block, often presented as a counterweight, represents almost half of the world’s population and a significant part of global GDP.
