• 1 can of red beans,
• 1 can of canned white beans,
• 1 small zucchini,
• 2 red peppers,
• 1 yellow pepper,
• 2 onions,
• 3 cloves of garlic,
• 1 can of tomatoes,
• 1 tomato,
• 500 g of tomato passage,
• Little chili pepper,
• 1 teaspoon of sweet smoked paprika,
• 1 teaspoon of hot ground pepper,
• half a teaspoon of dried parsley,
• a bit of cumin,
• Salt and pepper,
• Frying oil.

Peel and chop the onions, squeeze the garlic through the press. Clean the peppers from the seed nests and cut into strips. Cut the zucchini into half slices, and then in half, you don’t have to peel it. Finely chop the chili and fresh tomato.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot. Put the onion and fry until gold. Add garlic and chili, fry for a while until they release the aroma.

Add the peppers and zucchini, fry a few minutes on medium heat until softened.

Add chopped fresh tomato, a can of tomatoes and a passata. Pour smoked, hot peppers, cumin and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix and simmer covered on low heat for 15 minutes.

Drain canned beans and rinse under cold water. Add to the pot, mix and simmer another 10 minutes.
