The number of retirees and pensioners who joined the reimbursement agreement of undue discounts from associations and entities exceeded the mark of 2 million, This Friday (29) released the Secretariat of Social Communication of the Presidency of the Republic. The number of 2,004,449 insured represents more than 70% of the total beneficiaries who are able to receive the amounts back, corrected by inflation.
Until next Monday (1st), 1,995,450 of beneficiaries will have the amounts credited. This is equivalent to 99.5% of those who joined the agreement.

“We have exceeded the mark of 2 million adhesions, but there are still about 800,000 beneficiaries who are already fit and have not yet joined the agreement. Our commitment is to ensure that each retiree and pensioner has his money back with all security,” said INSS President Gilberto Waller.
In July, the INSS reported that 2,330,094 insured reported that they received undue discounts from retirees and pensioners and were not reimbursed by the associations, a requirement to join the agreement.

Who can join?
The agreement may adhere to the retirees and pensioners who contested the improper discounts and received no response from the entity or association after 15 business days.
Adhesion is free and, before signing the agreement, retirees and pensioners can consult the amount they have to receive.

How to accept the agreement by my INSS app?
1. Access the my INSS application with CPF and password;
2. Go to “consult orders” and click “Comply with” on each request (if there is more than one);
3. Roll the screen to the last comment, read carefully and, in the field “I accept”, select “Yes”;
4. Click “Send” and you’re done. Then just wait for the payment
How does the process work until adherence to the agreement?
1. The beneficiary records the contestation of the improper discount;
2. Wait 15 business days for the entity to respond;
3. If there is no response within this time, the system opens the option to join the reimbursement agreement.
