Soy pasta with vegetables and beef It refers to the aromatic flavors of Asia in a light, refreshing installment. Soy pasta, known for its delicacy, goes perfectly with aromatic meat and fresh vegetables. Addition chili peppers gives the dish a note of spicy aroma, a coriander i lemon grass freshness.
To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 400 g of minced beef meat,
- 150 g of soy pasta,
- 1 carrot,
- 1 red pepper,
- 1 stem of lemon grass,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1 small chili pepper,
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce,
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice,
- 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil,
- 2 teaspoons of sugar.
Additionally:
- Fresh coriander to sprinkle.
Place the pasta in a large bowl and pour boiling water. Set aside for 5 minutes or until tender. Strain.
Chop the white part of the lemon grass, garlic and chili pepper.
Cut the carrots and red peppers in medium -sized cubes. Fry them in a frying pan for a minute, to soften slightly.
Heat the oil in a wok. Add lemon grass, garlic and chili, then fry it for a minute. Add minced meat and cook it, crushing all the time, for 5 minutes or until nice browning.
Mix soy, fish sauce, lime juice and powdered sugar in a small bowl, and then pour the mixture into a wok. Mix and fry for the next 2 minutes.
Place the pasta in a salad bowl. Spread minced meat and vegetables on top. Mix the whole slightly.
Sprinkle the dish with chopped coriander. Serve immediately after preparation. Store it in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days.
