“It is a great pleasure to be able to participate in this great party. Seeing the production will be willing so that the world can know the flour and agriculture produced here in Cruzeiro do Sul makes me very happy. It is also important to be able to hear directly from the producers and secretaries of agriculture the requests for support, so that we can, through our mandate, give more and better quality,” said the parliamentarian.
The deputy also praised the organization of the city and the vision of Mayor Zequinha Lima, who, during the festival, promoted competitions aimed at cassava derivatives. The program featured disputes such as the best bread derived from cassava, the largest root, the largest tapioca and, this Saturday, the choice of the best flour.
“Certainly Mayor Zequinha has been visionary. He has organized this beautiful festival through all his team and demonstrated affection to support family farming. This work values producers, gives them conditions to produce more and with quality, and feel welcomed by the government,” said Zezinho Barbare.
