Chicken rolls stuffed with vegetables are an idea for dinner that is delicious and simple to do. Instead of ordinary chops, it lands on a plate juicy meat in which a tasty stuffing is hidden. In this way, you can smuggle a portion of vegetables for dinner and serve them in a slightly different form. The secret lies in the filling – a delicate leek in combination with aromatic dried tomatoes creates a base, which additionally binds molten mozzarella. Thanks to this, the interior of the roll is creamy, expressive and full of taste. The whole is prepared quickly and it is difficult to resist the prepared dish. Each of the household members will definitely ask for more.

Ingredients for rolls:
- 4 single chicken fillets,
- 8 dried tomatoes (in olive oil),
- a piece of white part of the time,
- 100 g mozzarelli,
- a teaspoon of sweet pepper,
- a teaspoon of thyme,
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg,
- salt, pepper (to taste),
- 2 tablespoons of clarified butter.
Ingredients for sauce:
- Little onion,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1 tablespoon of clarified butter,
- 100 ml of cream cream 30%,
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric,
- Salt, pepper (to taste).
Method of performance:
Clean chicken meat from membranes and cartilage. Gently break them (through a sheet of food foil) into thin patches. Season with sweet peppers, tied in thyme, nutmeg, pepper and salt. Rub with a little oil from tomatoes.
Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces. Wash the leek and cut it into semi -slices.
Fry the leek in olive oil from tomatoes. Mix with chopped tomatoes.
Put a portion of vegetables from a pan to the center of each chicken fillet. Sprinkle with mozzarella grater grated. Collapse each piece of meat into a tight roll – so as to close the stuffing tightly in it. Wrap the rolls with kitchen thread or stuff with a toothpick.
Place the chicken rolls in a slightly greased heat -resistant dish. The top of each roll is crowned with a little clarified butter. Put the dish in the oven preheated to 200 ° C. Bake for 25-30 minutes. After baking the rolls, pour the liquid from the dish that melted from them.
Chop the onion and garlic. Fry the onion in clarified butter, at the end of frying, adding garlic to it.
Pour the cream into the pan. For a few minutes, simmer in cream, then add the juice poured from the dish in which the rolls baked. Mix and season with a little salt, pepper and turmeric.
Serve chicken stuffed with hot vegetables, in a cream sauce, with the addition of potatoes, rice or porridge.
