Senator Jorge Seif (-SC) says he naturally sees that of the councilman of (PL) by the state of Santa Catarina, in 2026, and minimizes the open crisis with other PL names.
“I think it’s normal, it’s part. For example, I’m from Rio de Janeiro, I was elected in Santa Catarina. Tarcísio [de Freitas] is from Rio de Janeiro, was elected [governador] in São Paulo. We are all Brazilian, “he says.
Carlos’s candidacy for Santa Catarina can leave out of the dispute to the two PL Bolsonarist federal deputies: Caroline de Toni and Julia Zanatta.
The president of the PL, has defended a composition with the PP to be part of the governor’s stage (PL), candidate for reelection, alongside Senator Esperidião Amin (PP-SC), who tries a new term.
Seif says that the Santa Catarina are embracing their son 02, just as they did with him in 2022, and that neither (PL) nor Valdemar are asking for someone’s opinion about it.
“Carlos, as we have seen on social networks, has been very successful where he goes in Santa Catarina. The population of Santa Catarina is embracing him,” he says.
“Do we have excellent names? Sure. Now, a decision by Valdemar Costa Neto and Jair Bolsonaro won’t be questioned by anyone. We know that people don’t like, but neither President Valdemar presidents are asking for anyone’s opinion.”
Despite Valdemar’s position, Seif says he defends a 100% PL stage in Santa Catarina, with Jorginho to Governor, Carlos in the first place of Senator and Carol de Toni on Monday.
