When the guests are to come suddenly, I know well what to do – I usually reach for puff pastry, and if I have minced meat in the fridge, the better. Just a few moments is enough to prepare delicious rolls with aromatic filling.
Puff pastry with minced meat This is one of my favorite connections when I want to serve more than sweets.
List of ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry,
- 500 g of ground beef,
- 2 small onions,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 2 tablespoons of oil,
- 1 teaspoon of hot peppers,
- 1 teaspoon of curry,
- 1 teaspoon of Gyros-Kebab spice,
- salt, feathers (to taste),
- 1 Cajezerka stale soaked in milk,
- 2 eggs,
- 2 tablespoons of milk.
Cut the onion finely. Chop garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion on it. At the end of frying, add garlic and spices (hot peppers, curry and gyros-kebab). Cool
Combine the contents of the pan with minced meat, drained from excess milk with kaiser and one egg. Make a hand to a homogeneous mass. Season the meat to taste with salt and pepper.
Put the oven baking tray with baking paper. Grease the paper with oil (use a silicone brush).
Expand the puff pastry sheet and place the shaft formed from the stuffing on it. Wrap it tightly with cake. Cut the dough roll for 2-3 centimeters’ episodes. Arrange them (at some intervals from each other) on a prepared baking tray. Brush the dough with a broken egg mixed with milk.
Put the baking tray into the oven preheated to 200 ° C. Bake for 25-30 minutes-until the dough is browned.
