At the music festival Burning Man, in the US state of Nevada, found a dead man’s body in a pool of blood on Saturday evening local time. According to the office of the local sheriff, they are investigating the case as a murder, TASR reports based on AP and NBC News reports.
Authorities have stated that this is probably a unique crime
The authorities “found one adult man on the ground, apparently dead,” said the Sheriff’s office in the Pershing district on Sunday. The victim’s body was taken to a court doctor.
They did not immediately disclose the dead man’s identity and there is no further information available yet. The police added that the investigation included hearing several festival participants and the closure of the area where the body was found.

In their statement, Burning Man officials confirmed that they are working with the security authorities and asked visitors not to interfere with the investigation.

The Burning Man festival started on Wednesday, August 24 and will end on Monday. The police asked all who have any information about the incident to contact them.
