Argentine presidency spokesman Manuel Adorni announced on Monday 1 that the government filed an Argentine federal courts against an intelligence operation that revealed private conversations by Karina Milei, sister of President Javier Milei and secretary general of the presidency. In an X -publication, Adorni called the operation “illegal” and said his goal is to “destabilize the country in the middle of the election campaign.”
“Private conversations by Karina Milei and other employees were recorded, manipulated and disclosed to condition the executive branch,” he said. “It was not a leak. It was an illegal, planned and directed attack.”
The statement occurs days after Karina Milei recordings intensify the corruption and bribes scandal at the National Disability Agency (andis), wearing Milei’s image.
