Moraes determined that the deputy’s car should be searched by the Penal Police as he left the residence, as happened with Senator Damares Alves
The Minister of the Federal Supreme Court () authorized on Monday (1) in, the Federal Deputy (PP-AL) to visit the former president. According to the decision, the visit can be made until 18h today, at the residence of Bolsonaro, located in the Solar Condominium of Brasilia, in Lago Sul, the noble region of the federal capital.
Moraes also determined that Arthur Lira’s car should be searched by the Penal Police as he left the residence. The measure follows new security rules determined last weekend to avoid Bolsonaro’s escape.
Restriction
On August 4, Moraes decreed the former president’s house arrest and restricted visits at the former president’s house. The measures were decreed after the minister understood that Bolsonaro burned the ban on using social networks, including through third parties.
The decisions are part of the inquiry in which Bolsonaro and the federal deputy (PL-SP) were indicted for the performance with the government of the President of, , to promote the tariff against Brazilian exports.
