Before you get on baking, prepare the right form. A good choice will be A cake tin with a diameter of 24 cm.

Ingredients for the bottom:

  • 120 g of almond flour,
  • 80 g of butter,
  • 20 g of powdered sugar,
  • 15-20 G kakao,
  • 1 egg,
  • Butter to oil the cake tin.

Ingredients for cheese mass:

  • 1 kg of cottage cheese from a cheesecake bucket,
  • 180 g cukru,
  • 5 eggs,
  • 150 ml cream 30 percent liquid,
  • 200 g of dessert chocolate,
  • 100 g milk chocolate.

Ingredients for chocolate coating:

  • 100 g of dessert chocolate,
  • 50 g milk chocolate,
  • 50 ml of cream 30 percent liquid.

Start making cheese mass. First, heat the cream in a saucepan. Add chocolate, breaking it in your hands while throwing. Mix and heat at low burner power. Wait until the whole is connected. Set aside to cool completely.

Knead a uniform dough from the ingredients to the bottom and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes. Then roll out in a cake tin smeared with butter about 23-24 cm. Prick them with a fork and put in a preheated oven to 160 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. You should bake gently.

Return to the cheese mass. Mix cheesecake cottage cheese with eggs, sugar and cooled chocolate mass. The whole should be smooth and uniform, without lumps. Pour the mass into chocolate cheesecake to a fragile bottom.

Bake at 160 ° C for an hour. Leave the form in the oven with the door ajar so that the dough cools.
