Is there anything better than fluffy croissants with chocolate cream? This is an ideal proposition for lovers of sweet baking, which combines the simplicity of preparation with intense taste. Chocolate melting in the mouth and crunchy puff pastry make you prepare them very often, regardless of the occasion. The whole is very simple and fast – just a few ingredients and just over half an hour to remove fragrant and aromatic croissants from the furnace.

Ingredients:

  • puff pastry sheet,
  • 100 g of chocolate cream,
  • 100 g of milk chocolate,
  • Egg in size L or XL,
  • A tablespoon of water.

Additionally:

  • Flour for sprinkling the countertop.

Method of performance:

Lightly pour the top with flour and expand the puff pastry on it. Cut them in half, along the long side, and then each of the halves for four rectangles. Then cut each rectangle into two triangles.

In the middle of each triangle, closer to its base, apply a teaspoon of chocolate cream.

Crush milk chocolate with a kitchen work or a pestle. Sprinkle with it evenly triangles.

Starting from the base of the triangles, roll them into a roll, and then gently squeeze the ends to yourself, creating a croissant.

Put ready -made croissants with chocolate cream on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, suture down.

In a bowl, break the egg with water. Gently brush the top of the croissants with a mixture.

Put the croissants in the oven set to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 20-25 minutes, until a nice, golden color.

Ready baked goods remove and cool slightly before serving. Store them in a tight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
