Breaded chicken rolls with cheese and ham. Make cordons for dinner

If you are looking for a perfect dish for a party or dinner in a family circle that will taste everyone, put on Kordonki. They are rolls of juicy chicken fillets in crunchy coating ham and stretching yellow cheese. This is one of those dishes that always works and in a swest disappears from the plates. It is better to make a larger portion right away.

To prepare this dish, you will need:

  • 4 Medium chicken fillets,
  • 4 slices of cooked ham,
  • 4 slices of yellow cheese (e.g. Gouda or Tylżycki),
  • 2 small eggs,
  • half a teaspoon of ground sweet pepper,
  • half a teaspoon of granulated garlic,
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley (optional),
  • Black minced salt and pepper,
  • 150 g of breadcrumbs,
  • Frying oil.

Serve ready rolls with potato puree or fries. It will fit well here too Salad based on white cabbage and carrots or a light salad.

Wash the fillets and clean the membranes. Cut them along, but not entirely – so that pockets were created or can be spread flat as a book. If the fillets are extremely high, you can cut them lengthwise into two smaller pieces, and then spread them. Break them gently with a pestle through the foil so as not to damage the meat.

Sprinkle the fillets on both sides with salt and pepper. Season with mixture and granulated garlic. In the middle of each fillet, put a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. You can add a little parsley for freshness and color.

Fold the meat in half, creating a closed rectangle. Carefully stack the edges so that the cheese does not flow out during frying. If necessary, they can be slightly fastened with a toothpick.

Bress the egg in a bowl. Bread each chop: first coat in the egg, then in a breadcrumbs. For a better effect, you can repeat the activity (double coating).

Fry until golden brown in hot oil, preferably on medium heat, for a few minutes on each side. After frying, bake them for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
