List of ingredients:

  • 2 root celery,
  • 1 apple,
  • 1 lemon,
  • several cloves of garlic,
  • several dill branches,
  • bay leaves,
  • a piece of fresh horseradish,
  • lovage,
  • brine (water with salt).

Wash thoroughly celery and apple, then peel both ingredients and cut into thin slices. Cut the lemon into slices.

Roll out a jar in which you will mow a vegetable. Put the cloves of garlic, dill branches and a piece of peeled horseradish to the bottom. Also add bay leaves.

Place in layers: first apple slices, then slices of lemon, then celery. Add lovage to this letter.

Pour the contents previously prepared with brine so that all the ingredients are completely immersed.

Close the jar and set aside in a cool place for a few days.
