The former chief of the special advice to confront the disinformation of the Superior Electoral Court, Eduardo Tagliaferro said on Tuesday (2) that the current Attorney General, acted outside the rite in investigations that target Bolsonarists.
In a Senate session chaired by Flávio Bolsonaro () and with unanimous presence of former president’s allies, Tagliaferro presented prints of mobile application conversations that, according to him, refer to conversations with Gonet (at the time when he was vice-electoral attorney general in 2022) and an advisor, named Lucas.
These conversations prove, according to Tagliaferro, Gonet’s participation in procedures that extrapolated legal rules and show alignment between (responsible for the prosecution) and judge (responsible for the trial).

At the time, Alexandre de Moraes was president of the TSE.
Following this conversation, Lucas says Moraes sent Gonet a video, and that they need tagliaferro help to identify the head of the original publication.
Exchanges between the two advisors, according to the prints, followed until March 2023. By presenting the conversations, Tagialferro displayed to the camera the telephone number of the Attorney General. The session was transmitted by the Senate channels.
Gonet’s advisory, who participates on Tuesday, said he will not speak.
