For porridge:

  • 300 ml of milk (we can also use soy or coconut milk),
  • 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt (we can skip if we do not eat dairy products or replace with plant yogurt),
  • 60 g of oatmeal,
  • a handful of frozen berries (or fresh),
  • a teaspoon of chia seeds,
  • Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

For crumble:

  • 30 g of wheat flour,
  • 15 g of butter,
  • 15 g cukru.

Preparation method:

  1. We put a handful of frozen berries into a small saucepan. Cook on low heat until the fruit is softened. Then add a teaspoon of chia seeds and ground cinnamon and mix everything together. We remove the saucepan from the burner and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large jar, mix milk with yogurt and oatmeal. When the ingredients combine, pour porridge with berries. We turn off the jar and put it in the fridge.
  3. Now we’re taking the crumble. We combine the ingredients in one bowl and roll out the resulting mass on a baking parchment lined with baking parchment. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 7-8 minutes until the whole is nicely browned. Cool the crumble, crumble into a separate container and hide in the fridge.
